August Edwin Prager c.1950
August Edwin Prager (1875-1956) was born in Schönlind, Germany. He is known for his high-quality bows, after learning the art from is father, Friedrich Wilhelm Prager. After working in the renowned shop of Ludwig Bausch in Leipzig, Prager established his own workshop in Markneukirchen, Germany.
